I've noticed over the last few days the commercials for products that will help you quit smoking, find love and lose weight. They all show up near the start of a brand new year, don't they?
I've also noticed a lot of lists circulating on social media sites telling me how to make sure that my 2019 is healthy or happy or whatever other adjective you'd like to insert there. If you can think of it, it's out there.
That's why I decided this year to make my own list to share ten ways you can make your 2019 absolutely magical for yourself and your family. I hope you enjoy it!
Wishing you and your loved ones a safe, joyful and magical 2019!
Everything You Need to Know About the New Four-Day, 4-Park Magic Tickets Coming to Walt Disney World in 2019
The folks at Disney recently announced the launch of a new, 4-day, 4-Park Magic Ticket for Walt Disney World. Yes, another ticket option will soon be available, but this one is different! This one makes it an absolute no-brainer for you to visit all four of the theme parks at Walt Disney World during your next visit! Here's everything you need to know about this new, 4-day, 4-Park Magic Ticket option from Walt Disney World. Please note, all amounts shown below are in USD and do not include tax, unless otherwise indicated.
What's included in the 4-Park Magic Ticket?
You'll be able to purchase your four-day, 4-Park Magic Ticket starting at $340 per adult ticket. That works out to a cost of $85 per adult, per day! (More information on ticket cost, including rates for kids is provided below.) These special tickets include one day of admission to each of the four theme parks:
When will you be able to purchase the 4-Park Magic Tickets?
I will be able to purchase your family's 4-Park Magic Tickets beginning January 18, 2019.
Can I use the water parks at Walt Disney World Resort with these tickets?
No. If you plan to visit Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park while staying at Walt Disney World Resort, you'll need to either purchase a ticket with a Park Hopper Plus option, or pay for your admission to these attractions separately.
How much do these tickets really cost?
There are three different rates available for the 4-Park Magic Tickets, depending on when you and your family plan to visit the parks. This is great news, because it means that no matter what your budget, there's a ticket option that will work for you!
4-Park Magic Tickets are priced seasonally for use between January 18, 2019 and September 30, 2019.
Which parks can I enter on which days?
You can decide the order in which you'd like to visit the four parks listed above. However, you'll need to remember that these tickets are valid for one theme park per day, and tickets can be used to enter each theme park only once. Unfortunately, this means that you won't be able to spend the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios, then duck into Epcot for dinner. You'll only be able to enter one park per day, no matter what time you enter.
Also, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and do not include activities or events that are priced separately.
Why should I visit Walt Disney World Resort in 2019?
Maybe the question should be, "Why shouldn't you visit Walt Disney World Resort in 2019?" There are so many new shows, parties, character experiences and more that are going to debut in all four theme parks this year! Here are just a few to get excited about:
Can I stay on site at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel if I buy these tickets?
Of course! You can stay "inside the magic" of a Disney vacation for your entire stay.

Disney Travel Professionals were treated with a special surprise on Christmas morning...an exciting video update for Star Wars' Galaxy's Edge at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts!
I grew up in the eighties and my friends watched the films from the Star Wars series on VHS. And at that time, it didn't interest me. I was too busy playing with my Barbies and My Little Ponies. I didn't watch the first Star Wars film in its entirety until I was 39 years old and had a child of my own! However, the prospect of visiting this immersive section of the Disney theme parks has me super excited. This video had me staring with my mouth gaping (I know this because my son asked me why my face looked the way it did when we watched this update video on Christmas morning together.)
Nobody does theming like Disney, and this is going to be a really special experience for visitors to the theme parks, whether they're die hard Star Wars fans, or fairly new to Star Wars appreciation, like me.
